No milk, no butter, no corn starch.

*recipe re-write*

Rig yourself up a double boiler. Boiling pot of water under (UNDER) the sauce pan. Toss in hard cheese first (NO milk NO butter NO starch) and mix till melted add in the soft cheese untill your happy. WAIT until everything is melted together THEN add a touch of milk if desired, maybe a few drops if you have a tight seal on the double boiler, but I doubt it.

When the cheeses are together then toss in the extra flavor, mix, serve.

What the bloody heck is cornstarch doing in nacho mix anyway?
