having it at the ministry of magic didn't feel quite right As for Hogwarts, very few adults would see it there ON the platform itself, perhaps, but with all the smoke and activity it would not be given the proper respect it deserves. The barrier seemed fitting as almost ALL wizard go through there and it would be seen once a year by nearly every one. Besides, I was looking for something to insert into the existing chapter.
