I have dated and broken up with nice guys. Nice isn't everything. There are other "little" things like fiscal responsibility, being able to hold a job, sharing compatible spiritual/religious beliefs, having similar habits with regard to social activities (do we always go out at night, do we always stay home or somewhere in between), etc.
With that said, I must agree that it does suck to be told "you're really nice, but...." been there, done that. Being nice isn't enough. |
