jealous when you hang with friends of opposite gender is reasonable and should be negotiable on both sides. She should not demand you never see female friends, it is reasonable for you to see them only when she or other male friends are present. Jealously over same gender friends means either she is whacko, or you spend far far too much time with friends, and she is whacko for staying with you :) Marriage fixes nothing, changes nothing, helps nothing. It only makes it harder to get out when you realize your relationship is still broken.
