A small MP3 player with microSD expansion, that has a 2MP camera attached, can access the internet, can retrieve POP3 or SMTP email, has a Qwerty keyboard on it, and happens to be able to make phone calls and assign different ringtone mp3 files to various callers calling you. If it were any device but one that was marketed as a phone, it would command a heckuva lot more than $60 (and, what, $200 maybe without a plan taken into account?).
