As long as the shelves are neat and clean he really doesn't notice.. I think we get away with some things just because our store is new and has a different set-up than most of the current stores. The only rep I've ever seen get angry was the one for Philip Morris because Marlboro cigs are supposed to have top shelf space behind the check-out, and due to the planogram we have, products containing pseudoephedrine are in that spot instead. Ah well. I got out of that one by saying "Hey, I'm just the photo lab person. Not my problem." ^_^
