aren't selling it. They used to sell an Elise with a different body and a few other minor changes as the Vauxhall VX220. That stopped about the same time as the Elise was released in the US. From what I heard they did consider the Sky or something based on it as a replacement in the UK but decided they would get laughed at too much for trying to pretend that it was even close. The Sky is twice the weight for a start. An affordable fun 2 seater? Sure. Something to be compared to a lotus? No.
