Cheap to maintain, lots of common parts with other year-models and generation. Lasts forever. I'm on my second Honda now, and I love it. Ford I drove was trash. The Dodge I drove was fancy, but trash. VWs can be expensive to maintain. Toyotas are good too... but I think you get better bang/buck for the Honda.
