Or wahtever it can be called in french :) I.e. starting a week before the tour, all the bikers will be locked up in a nice hotel, with meals and everything prepared there, medically assistance by organised medical staff, visitors get searched throughtly, and whatever else is neccesary to keep things clean. Maybe then it can become a cycling event again and not a pharma/ medicine game.
