Being the sort one takes home to meet Mama, but not actually date, could be more of an insult to the person saying it, and not the object of the comment.
It means being the "likely bet" to tap once you're through playing around and want someone to settle down with. But if you just want to chase hawt people for playing around, you're going to consider an "honorable" person to be a waste of time, for your current purposes. In other words, not pursuing a real relationship just YET. But they want you to be on tap for when they do wanna get around to it. *LART* Can you guess I've been down this road myself?
I do not mean the above as an indirect insult against raptillicus' looks, because a) I've never seen what he looks like and can't judge, and b) he seems a real sweet guy and I wouldn't wanna insult him anyway. So there. |
