from what i've heard, the reason to use vista if you're a firm who uses autodesk products is because you don't have enough butter. i use adn maintain 2004~2008 and revit 7~current on xp boxen (maintain non current on troubel shooting boxes) and 90% of the issues that iv'e heard of with vista adn autodesk are that the hardware may be vista compliant, and autodesk compliant, BUT the vista drivers may not play with autodesk properly. the other issues have to do with 2008 being a chunk slower than 2007 on identical boxes. i'd hit up the boards over at autodesk, this one is the one you probably want
