most employers want to know what the *don't* have to teach you first :)

you need to show your a good match for the position and whatever it takes to emphasize that do it :)

Thanks Garrinka, couldn't have sait it better myselfBut IMHO it really comes down to the job posting and your certs/experience. If the posting has lots of certs *required*, and you have those certs... list them first so the employer doesn't have to look through your resume to see if you meet the "requirements". if you don't have many of the required certs but have lots of similar experience... list that first so the employer can see you know how to work with $Item_or_Program in the real world. If you've got a lot of relevant experience and certs I think the practical experience wins over schooling (but then again what do I know... I just got out of university a couple years ago)
