think about Catholics. There are plenty here in the US that don't consider Catholics "Christian", either. So it seems that the feeling's mutual - as it has been for quite a while.

I mean weren't a lot of wars fought for a very long time about this very thing? (100 years' war, War of the Roses, and suchlike).
