for events in Iraq. In particular for what militant extremists are reported to do.

You seem to feel personally threatened by these activities. And you seem to wish for everyone here to help you reduce the threat.

I don't feel personally threatened - but I agree that this kind of atrocity should be reduced as much as possible. I know we disagree on what means are effective - the clear division of 'good guys' and 'bad guys' where anything 'the good guys' do is justifiable, and any atrocities 'the bad guys' do is the justification is simply illogical to me. For me, violence is violence and should be reduced. Leading by example is by far preferable.

I'll just leave it at that, and hope that you don't get stressed too much by all the violence being reported these days. There is too much of it for my taste as well.
