that refutes my points. The second article goes from the point of a single incident to a broad, sweeping generality with no justification. I have, indeed heard several such stories from Western news stories.

So what am I teaching here?

The summary is wrong. DR's agreement with it is wrong. I've read both articles in their entirety, and the claims in the summary are unjustified and falsely generalized from a single incident.
