Future Media magazines. Future shipped it from Bath, UK. Their shipping department thought that the Netherlands was near Singapore. In Singapore, they sent it onwards to Rotterdam. Rotterdam sent it back to Bath. There, the complaint department picked it up, and shipped it to the Hague. It only took 3-4 weeks in the end. And they had the gall to ask me if I was unsatisfied ....
