Federal court dismisses domestic surveillance case by DesertRat662007-07-10 09:41:31
  What a perfect law by wabbit65 2007-07-10 10:51:44
If anyone tries to claim injury or abuse they are automatically denied since any deposition or discovery can be claimed to endanger "national security". Can't see ANY way that kind of power could be abused. It's probably the only law ever passed that is being applied in EXACTLY the manner intended by its authors. IMHO, I have a whole lot more to fear from the bandits inside the Beltway that I ever will from the bandits inside Tora Bora. Remember, you have absolutely NOTHING to fear from a man who will wrap himself in the Consitution before putting a match to the flag, and EVERYTHING to fear from a man who will wrap himself in the flag before putting a match to the Constitution.
