that but could only find commands for reading and opening archives, not creating them. Another post pointed me to the same thing, and I saw the create commands there.

As for hosting - I am the host. These are going to be somewhat stand-alone boxes we can deploy wherever needed to do packet captures for troubleshooting as necessary on our internal network.
