Remove the extended warranty and the Complete Care to save about $275.00. Keep it for the peace of mind. Drop the laptop, run it over with the car -- as long as it's accidental damage, it's covered (i.e. don't punch the screen when it won't do what you want; that's not covered).
These systems have been available for a bit over a month, now, and I have received a grand total of TWO calls on them. Both calls were user error. I have heard of one system to date that was bad out of the box, out of (at last count I heard) ~8,000 sold. |
