XP has some nice features, but not enough to excuse the extra time it takes to do anything. My 166MHz processor with WinNT 4.0 on it was faster than my GF's 1GHz computer with XP. The one time I dealt with Vista, it was even slower. Molasses in January slow. I am creeping ever closer to becoming solely a linux man.
