So did they not COPY them, but MOVE them, thus deleting them from the customers PC? If I had to service a PC for a private customer I would only touch the system/program folders I need to to the things I'm doing, and never touch any "user data" folders or drives. At work it might be different, there we HAVE to look at the userdata to weed out that 20 Gigabyte Powerpoint files that clog everything up. ;-)
