I would say go for a usb bluetooth dongle	by afterburner	2007-07-10 01:19:41
They should be rather cheap. Much cheaper than the custom usb cable you need for the phone. Plus, you can hook the dongle up with any computer you like. As for the rest, once your winders recognises your phone, just use the Nokia supplied software to do the sync.
