What I would like is good Chevre, Brie, Emantaller, Gruyere, Cheddar, and so on.
I blame FDA guidelines for most of the problems. I mean come on, you don't hear about Europeans dying in the streets from eating their cheeses. We are all the same species and if it's good enough for them it should be good enough for us AS IS.
