Xen 3 supports VT, from there on out, it is more a question of how many servers you'd have to migrate. Which, with Xen, you can do via dd, instead of specialized tools (as VMware offers with a hefty price tag).

VT is especially useful for guests that cannot be modified to run as a VM, and reduce the overhead significantly.
