| OK what the *censored* happened to colby cheese!? |

I grew up eating (among other things of course) longhorn colby cheese. the kind of cheese that was in a waxy style wrapper from a factory, and when you broke it it came into little kernels like grapenuts but very delicious. As I grew up I saw that less and less, and now all I can find is a sorry a$%& excuse for colby, in a cheap plastic not waxy bag that is soft as velveeta and doesnt taste at all like colby, unless I go to gourmet cheese rack and pay ~$8/# for some REAL longhorn colby cheese in the proper waxyish wrapping?
