I just don't like that this stuff is essentially emulation, rather than virtualization. But ah, well, that costs money, so I don't complain too much (and yeah, VirtualBox is a quite good alternative, whereas VMware Server is more aimed at larger deployments, since it is able to function as a virtualization server, something VirtualBox cannot do).
