Hu, my friend and me fixed several cars, but we never used non- sparking tools. You only need a new tank / fuel pump and a matching screw-wrench. But, most cars I know have the fuel pump in the near of the injection / carburator, which is located in the fron of the car, if you have the motor in the front... ;-)
