The cops had warrants. He was raising some question about procedure and it got tossed. Any information you put out on the public Internet is public. I have no problem with that.

What does bug me about this case is that the drug dealer decided to represent himself. The judge warned him against it numerous times. At one point the judge told him that he could face 10 years to life if he failed. In actuality, he faced 0 to 20 years. This clown argues that had he known the penalties were less, he would have hired a lawyer (huh?). So the Nutty Ninth has tossed his conviction based on that.
