If I buy a gift for a kid, I want that to be something of a "giving a present" price, not something in the "vitally necessary" price range.
50 EU for a gift is OK, but not too often. I like it more to come with a flower, (o no: talking kids) ... stilts, skeelers, a real leather football don't cost me a half monthly pay, a new washing machine could. But kids don't need a new washing machine and I refuse to buy them that.
And as long as it's "a game console", it doesn't qualify for "a PC" either. A decent PC today costs more than 400 EU, true, but in the educational setting it can be justified.
How many "educational software" is there for this X-box, without tweaking it into ... running linux or else? Not seen it, yet. |
