Or some other place? EU has enough "tech-able" corps who COULD service things, once they can get to the hardware/pieces/manuals. But for some reason, "direct import under draconian conditions" are easier. Well, Draco was european, and "easier" has a price, no? And .. for game things, "speed to market" counts as well, as it's enough that $foreigncomp$ pays for advertising to have people RUN to the stores.
