that is in your boat. DEMANDED 64bit processing (wanted that 4 gig of ram) and got TOTALY bent out of shape when he found out that nothing worked. We imaged the system to winxp2 32 bit. THEN he pitched a fit because he couldnt get to that extra 2 gig of ram that he paid for.
