10 people, $80 meal, of which he was paying $52 after the "break." Am assuming roughly equal portions of "meal" eaten. The rich use infrastructure, but they aren't using social services or the public school/university systems, and they pay a disproportionate amount of social insurance compared to what they could actually collect. $44 is still a lot of money to scrounge out of the bottom of your purse.
