Braise the chicken on both sides in a frying pan after dredging in flour. When the chicken is almost cooked through add chicken broth and Calcado's Apple Liqueur to it to make a nice brown sauce. A little starch to thicken the sauce up. Do not use Apple Jack. I made that mistake once, it was horrid.
