I'm stumped... (WiFi question) by BorgKing 2007-07-03 14:04:52
I have here in front of me a HP iPaq H4150 PDA. And it won't connect to my wireless network. WEP key enabled, open system, ensured the keys are ok, added it to access control list in accesspoint. The network shows up on the wireless networks tab. When I want to connect to it, it show me "connecting" as status for about 5 secs, then goes back to available.

2nd attempt: My asus mainboard has a WiFi card that supports accesspoint mode. So I fire it up, configure a unsecured, completely wide-open network. And it connects! Oh wait, it doesn't get an IP :( Anyone with any insights?
