I need a chicken recipe to go with risotto by hyzenthlay 2007-07-03 13:34:27
Big family vacation next week, so I am required to provide a meal for at least one evening.

I think my asparagus mushroom risotto will go down well, but would like some kind a chicken dish (made with frozen chicken breasts or some such)to go with. Half of the intended eaters will be kids 10 and under, so nothing to spicy or unusual. I don't cook many chicken dishes aside form straight grilling, so I'm kinda lost.
