Took a header over the handlebars of my mountain bike. I was jumping over a small wooden bridge bridge on the mountain, I landed and imediately hit a loose rock that whipped my front wheel around 180 degrees. Apparently I can't fly, though I would have done The Greatest American Hero proud with my landing. Landed on my right hand, fingers spread, and actually saw my pinky bend more than 90 degrees backwards, all in slow motion. Then my shoulder hit with most of my 215lb self behind it. Bruises and swelling are all purply. :)
