there is a BIG difference between COMMUTING a sentence and PARDONING. I may not like what he did but Libby is STILL convicted of a felony AND has to pay a fine and serve probation. To quote the article "Libby must still serve a two-year probation and pay a $250,000 fine." You should also look at the list of people that Some of the previous presidents pardoned before you cry foul. See here: Clinton notable pardons
