that's rented per-bedroom out to 5 people total. We have cable-broadband here, but ZERO cable TV coming through the pipe. And nobody has a landline. I use magicjack for a phone, and the other four have cellphones. And we all use the net, though I am the only one with a wired connection to "our" (my) router. If i could afford it I would try to get us FiOS but this cable is pretty good as long as I run a fully tweaked QoS (DDWRTv24 beta on a WRT54Gv4)
