Chrome is known to make high-quality bags. Their messenger bags are the best in the business, from what I understand. They also do laptop bags too, like this. I can't speak about the bags from personal experience, but everyone who owns one of the messenger bags that I've talked to loves them (I was looking for a messenger bag at the time, not a laptop bag).
