I know what you described is part of "Gonna Fly Now", but it is not the tune I meant. The fanfare I meant is only varying and continuing the same tune as at the beginnning of "Gonna Fly Now" - the beginning up to the point where the part starts which you just described. Unfortunately I don't have an absolute hearing and currently also no exact possibility of determining the notes.
