Very nice choices. I personaly stay away from Asus, but there's no 'real' reason for other people to, and that heatpipe cooling system that also cools the VRM chips is a VERY smooth move. If you plan on going with Vista before upgrading, you might wanna think about getting 2x1GB sticks. same goes for lots of gaming.
