And I can't remember nor find it right now.

And what I am saying is, that for *humans* it requires an amount of uncertainty, and this we can safely assume.

Since God is omnipotent, he has to be able to choose his actions (guess I wasn't more clear on that in my previous post). Which doesn't necessarily require free will, but that is more a question of the definition of free will, than anything else.

Nevertheless, He punished Adam and Eve for something that He knew would happen. And we, as humans, cannot guess at a deity's motives (Sin of Hubris :P) for it. It could be love, it could've been the actions of a spoiled child.
