Me: I'd like to cancel my dialup account. them: Ok, there is a 30 day notice on that so it will be cancelled by august 3rd (after another billing date..) me: Well i haven't used the account for more than 30 days... silence. them: ok, what i'll do is close that account right away, that'll be closed in the next 2 minutes. :D Saved myself £20 (even if I did waste about £60 by keeping the account open when I didn't need it!)
