ditch the whole "laptop bag" form factor and get a nice nondescript Backpack sort of like the ones kids used to use before the teachers went insane with the books. advantages 1 places to put stuff (this could replace your carry on bag) 2 does not scream "STEAL ME" 3 should have straps good enough to do the broken field running needed when they do "musical boarding areas" 4 good ones will hide a good shock zone for your laptop
