You can still eat a LOT, and be satisfied, and loose weigth.
But it needs dedication, and determination.
It wont go off easily, it wont go off quickly.
But if you are determined, and willing to work on it, it WILL work.
The easy part is the following:
Keep track of what you eat and drink for a whole week. And I mean everything.
Every mars bar, every chip, every beer. Add it to a list.
Put a week in your diary, and add days to it, and start listing it. Like :
08.00 am : 2 cups of coffee, 2 cream, 2 sugar.
08.30 am : Two eggs, baked, on toast.
and so on.
Make another list of the things you do, that help you loose weigth. : Like walking, and give the amount of time you do it.
That way, after a week, you can see a pattern. And I can see the pattern. And I can give you suggestions, based on what a dietician told me.
