  Take the trailer to a "frame shop" or welder shop by inittab 2007-07-01 22:17:51
Many of these will have a shop area with anchor points
built into the concrete floor... and they can tie/chain
your trailer securely, and then apply leverage to un-bend
the frame, and straighten it out.

(probably for MUCH less than buying a new trailer)

Once straightened, they may also want to weld a couple of
metal cross-braces, to add support.

My uncle has such a shop in a farming town, and he frequently
straightens out equipment frames that are bent, and lots more
heavy duty than your boat trailer. Give it a try.
