I'm in a very old, one bedroom place. And it's $850 a month. It's so low because I'm not in an up and coming neighborhood that isn't real great. And that's in Oakland, CA, which isn't the higher rent area. This place in San Francisco, or probably down where you are due to the space limits, would be around $1,200 or more.

I remember paying $275 a month for a 2 bedroom apartment back in Missouri before I moved out here to rent ridiculous land.
