Laziness has nothing to do with how much energy you expend. It's a measure of what you are/are not willing to do. It doesn't take much effort to do what we like. It's when you can get off your donkey and do what needs to be done, even if it's something like mailing a letter, or writing a paper.
How many calories you burn at a given activity has nothing to do with being lazy.
