I weigh one heck of a lot, and I have endocrine issues, and it is CRITICAL that I find something interesting and fun in the physical exercise area (and doc agrees).

Think "stepping stones." We can approach weight loss and fitness as a job, and probably not stick to it, or we can find SOMETHING fun and interesting and build back fitness just like we lost it... a little at a time.
