I need to find exercise I can do by myself. by Phoon2007-07-01 19:23:02
I don't like having other people watch me sweat. by DrDeisel 2007-07-01 20:18:03
I do like 80s New Wave and electronica-type music. Great beats. So I burned a double CD set of various 80s tunes and worked out my own dancercize routine to the music. Props include a weighted bar, wrist weights, a hula hoop (!), floor mat, and a stretch band. I have the CD player and headphones set up in our guest room, which has a fairly large open floor area and try to do an hour routine three times a week, and a half-hour routine on the nights I just can't face doing an full hour. The double CD set give me a fairly broad range of tunes, so I don't get bored with the music too quickly.

That's my thing. Might it work for you or is your home life not conducive to exercising there?
